So we're at the Filipino parade today and the women started discussing that the SKDMRKS need to do 2 things. First, we need to share all our information so the ladies have it in case of an emergency, #'s, address, emails, and so on. I'll be emailing y'all mine later.
Second, Marissa (WS's wifey) suggested we have a bbg/picnic so the women can all meet each other and we can all hang out and bust a big chill, eat good food, play some frisbee, whatever. It can happen at Jinx's crib (since he has the most room), or we can do it at Prospect Park. Either way, let's make it happen.

that's a great idea, those are great ideas, both of them. i love the idea of the picnic/bbq. if my little backyard is too small, there's a small park a few blocks away we could all walk to with plenty of room for stuff.
and we should definitely work on a list for emergency contacts and such, not a bad idea to have a laminated copy to keep on your person when you ride also. great idea!

The Sultan and I are working on locking down skdbunnies. As for me, I have to break her into that idea... but maybe it can be just a bbq/picnic thing and then bust out the fact that it is the ladies of skdmrks!
As for the laminated info, that is hot. I am down for that. If you wan I can format it, print it and get it done for the crew and the skdbunnies.
On a similar note, I had my lawyer (my skdbunny) work up a health proxy for me in case of emergency. It is a bit morbid, but it does address some of the tocuhy subject matters of worst case scenario... I can share that with the crew if ya'll want. I need to have mine redone. Hopefully sooner than later...

As I mentioned above, if you send me all the info, I can organize it both physically and digitally so that we have the information handy. Once I get everyone's (or the majorities) I will put it in a format that makes sense.
Sultan check out the freelance union for insurance. They might be able to help. If not Jinx might be able to cover you if you pay up a bit monthly since it is easier to extend that kind of stuff to family. I could put you in my new insurance but that will require us to be domestic partners and that gets weird...
