So after calling him this moring I felt a little bad for coming down so hard on him, but in retrospect, it is after all, my life and everything...
He came down to Soho during my lunch break and brought some tools and bolts with him, and my bike is all good now. He was very apologetic (as he should've been) and I think he was being totally sincere and he was probably happier that I didn't get into an accident more than I was! He made good on his mistake by coming down to Soho according to my time schedule.
Well, it was an honest mistake, but still very very poor and very fucking dangerous workmanship. Makes me never want to bring my bike to another person for work ever again, no matter who they are cause if you can't trust a simple tire change, then what can you trust.
When I get home I'll be going over the entire bike with my torque wrench.

wow. That is crazy. I am glad that he came down there and all, but can't really trust that...
Shit, e, you are gonna have to learn how to do it all. I will chip in for your training and tools. I might sell my bike and get whatever it is you get so that you can always work on my bike.
That is it... yup, e is gonna be the man to go to...
