Alright, I already got a negative (-) answer from WS & D2 so I'll ask the rest of youze... I probably won't be riding on Sunday cause I promised homegirl we'd spend some time together BUT, I never said anything about Friday!
If anybody else is free, or feels the need to call in sick, Friday's the day. I'm going to be doing some advanced scouting for the GIANT multi state loop I have planned for later in the season when we can all go. I won't be doing the whole thing, only the MA & CT sections that I would tell you about but why ruin the surprise. As always, it'll be an all day affair (12+ hours) and anywhere from 400 to 550 miles depending on my route.
I'll be doing the ride on my ruined rear tire so I'll be taking easy, or as easy as I can, you know how I do.
Any takers?
I updated my Zumo/mapsource software so now the computer and Zumo talk to each other. I already plotted variations upon variations of all our standards routes in and around Harriman and a few different ones in the Catskills, and also around Port Jervis and they're loaded into the Zumo already. The Dainese bluetooth helmet I got off of ebay should be here this week too. So for real now, no more little pieces of paper taped to the bike. I know I've said it before but I just have to say it again, this thing is so fucking dope I can't believe I waited this long to get one!!
Now, back to the business at hand... What up for Friday?

I lucked out. I bought it new from a dud that was going to get a bike, the helmet stayed in his closet for months and he never got a bike cause he decided not to. The cheapest pricing I saw anywhere was $649 (Dainese got their online vendors on lock), but I got this one for $400. Gotta sell the Multitech now. Yo, D2, you still want the Suomy?
I haven't heard good things about the beemer helmet in my research. From what I've been reading their problematic and it doesn't pair with a lot of devices. Although you know how shit is on the internet, if somebody wrote it, then it must be true.
i think D2 copped that AGV naked helmet on motostrano but i'm not sure.
the system 5 bmw helmet in black is gizzangsta! i've heard good things about it online, although a bmw rep i've been emailing in france said they stopped selling the com system for it cause they had problems...hmmm. shit is hot though.
