So I went on a quick hunt for another blogging site...
Found that wordpress might be what we are looking for. Here is a quote from them:

It is free, they have a feature to transfer this site over and I think we can continue our debauchery there. I would ask that we change the background color to something that is not so dark. My eyes take time to adjust between reading and posting. I know, a little bitch, but since this is what I do all day... kinda have an opinion about it. Not to knock it, cause the site is gansta... but it is more gansta cause it gets used...
