Ok, maybe not so much detailing, but the events of the recent past have made me feel bad about the way I treat my bike ie; it's fucking filthy. Had it been in a cleaner state, diagnosing the leak I had would've much easier.
Also, as gangsta as I think the bike looks w/o huggers & fenders, it's really doing the bike a big disservice; filthy front cylinder, rear shock and shock linkage so I've decided to bite the bullet and put the fender and hugger back on. The only problem is is that I sold the front carbon fender I had so I had to order a new one (I can't even begin to remember where the stock one is, same goes for the rear), and I got a deal on a carbon rear hugger from somebody on the DML.
Once those come I wanna clean my beast as well as I can which brings me to the point of this post...
You all wanna get together and clean bikes? I don't care where as long as it's warm out. My fenders should be here at the end of next week or so to give you an idea of when we can do this.

word. my bike is still a little dirty too & i just washed it last week. i really need a hose to get it clean. i'm up for it as long as it's some place with a hose.

definitely has the backyard space, a bathroom, a hose, and that might be the best way to get to see him & his bike at the same time. gracie is very helpful with sponging and shammying as well if you need help.
i'm sure marc will be down to spark the grill for us as well. my bike has been washed a total of 3 times since i got it. twice by the dealer and i washed it once at MARC'S CRIB! most of the time i just ride in the rain to rinse some of the dirt off. so whatever day you choose, there is a really good chance my bike will need a washing.
I ain't going if this is gonna turn into a wet t-shirt contest...!

the crib is the place to make it happen! sh*t, i might even have to put it on video, spark up the grill, break out the cooler (as long as y'all bring the beverages). when are we figuring, about two weeks? on a sunday? or we could do it on a sat night, if you guys want to ride sunday morning, i got lights that are bright (though daylight is probably the best for detailing). let's talk it up.
